Flourishing Grace is partnering with the Woods Cross High School Teen Center to provide backpacks, school supplies, and gift cards for high school students experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. 1,200 students in Davis School District experience homelessness, including 35 students at Woods Cross this past school year. The staff at the Teen Center help those students as well as others who are in need with resources such as school supplies, mental health resources, food, or simply a place to shower and do their laundry.

How can we help?

Flourishing Grace has committed to providing 50 backpacks stuffed with school supplies for the beginning of the school year. In addition, we are donating gift cards which the Teen Center staff will use to help students in need of clothes, specific school supplies, food, or just a back-to-school haircut. Donations are due Sunday, July 30th.

We will use cash donations to purchase any supplies that are still needed after items are dropped off on July 30th, or to purchase gift cards for the Teen Center to hand out to students.
