Each December Flourishing Grace turns it focus to the season of Advent. "Advent", comes form a latin word which means "coming" or "arrival." It is the time of year were we seek to slow down and remember the coming of Jesus to bring redemption and salvation to the world. It is also the moment we look with great anticipation and hop to His second coming, a time when we will join Him in glory. We hope that you will seek to slow down over the next four weeks. As everything around you speeds up with shopping, holiday parties, family dinners, Santa pictures, traditions and more... If you are not carful the beauty and depth of Christmas will pass you by.
