It’s so easy in our day and age to live isolated in our neighborhoods and not even know the folks who live closest to us. As followers of Jesus we are called to love our neighbors and pray for them, show hospitality.

With Halloween coming up instead of creating an event we thought it’d be great if we encouraged one another to love our neighbors by showing some front yard hospitality as they trick or treat.

We’ve got some folks in our congregation who have been doing this and want to share their story and walk you through how you can too. The hope is that you wouldn’t do this by yourself, but that you and your path group, or a group of others maybe that live close to one another can plan something together.

So if being intentional and loving your neighbors better is an area you’d like to grow in, Hosting Academy October 11th at 6:30pm would be a great next step.
